Position Overview
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a distinguished law firm in Colorado to find an experienced Executive Legal Assistant. This role supports three Litigation & Employment Partners by providing high-level administrative assistance and ensuring seamless operations within the legal team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to three Litigation & Employment Partners, managing complex calendars, scheduling, travel, and confidential information.
- Draft, edit, and produce correspondence, presentations, PowerPoints, and client-facing materials.
- Coordinate communications among attorneys, clients, and third parties, including screening new client calls and routing appropriately.
- Support operational tasks such as billing, time entry, expense reporting, meeting preparation, and internal strategy coordination.
- Anticipate partner needs by proactively removing administrative bottlenecks and assisting with onboarding, team coordination, and occasional office management.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders (law firm and litigation/employment experience strongly preferred), with strong discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and interact confidently with clients and legal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal support tools, plus relevant degrees or certifications that support high-level administrative work.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

Additional Details
Compensation: $38.45 - $43.25 per hour
